5. When the lateral winding process is used, it should be ensured that the polyethylene in the overlapping part and the polyethylene on both sides of the weld are completely rolled and compacted, and the surface of the polyethylene is prevented from being crushed; when the longitudinal extrusion process is used, the two sides of the weld are not A void should appear.

6. After the polyethylene layer is coated, it should be cooled with water until the temperature of the steel pipe is not higher than 60℃. The interval between the application of epoxy powder and the start of cooling of the anti-corrosion coating should ensure that the fusion-bonded epoxy coating is fully cured.

7. After the anti-corrosion coating is completed, the polyethylene layer at the end of the pipe should be removed. The reserved length of the pipe end is 100mm to 150mm, and the end face of the polyethylene layer should form a chamfer of less than or equal to 30°. 4.8 After the pipe end is treated, according to the user's requirements, the surface of the bare steel pipe can be painted with anti-rust and weldable coating. Anti-rust weldable paint should be applied according to the product specification. The application of epoxy coal tar pitch anti-corrosion steel pipe is very extensive, and the performance after drying is also very good, but it is easy to deteriorate due to high temperature or humidity during storage and use. Therefore, it should be kept away from heat sources or open flames before it is dried and formed, and it should not be exposed in a humid environment.
